Greet visitors with a calm, continuously scrolling display showing all departments and the managers currently “in”.
Clear Manager Profiles:
Each manager is presented with their photo, name, and role – customizable to include any additional store-specific messaging or info.
Interactive Touch Control:
Want to move faster? Simply swipe up on the touchscreen to speed up the scrolling and quickly navigate the list.
Personalized Manager Check-ins:
Managers can leave short status notes at check-in, such as “in meetings all day” or other helpful updates – improving internal awareness and communication.
Check-in
Managers that want to check-in just touch the “Check-in” button which brings up the check-in page where the manager can select their gray color picture to check in:
They will also have the possibility to add a notification or report their absence for a certain period.
Notifications or absences will be indicated by a color dot in the top right of their picture.
Example:
Once the manager has checked in, with or without notifications and/or absences, their picture will appear, in full color, on the scrolling list.
Check Out
To check out the manager selects their picture which brings them to the check-out page.
Here they can simply check out when they leave but they also have another opportunity to report absence or edit their notification if needed.
