Contracted Services

Once live, we monitor and refine the installation. We agree on a service level agreement and make sure that our customer service department delivers Digital Signage as a Service to you.

The agreement defines response times, surveillance patterns and first- and second-line support levels. If you want to develop your installation further, we’re there to assist you.
