Our Partnership

Together with IKEA, ZetaDisplay is continuously developing a digital concept aiming to improve the experienced customer journey and enhance the digital communication in IKEA Stores and offices globally.

The project started up in September 2018 when the first of many creative workshops took place in Hubhult, together with stakeholders from IKEA IT and IKEA Retail Services, and the graphic design team in Market support. Together we analyzed the customer needs, the purposes of communication in the customer journey and the desired results. Starting at the parking lot, going through all the areas of the store and ending in the exit. In December 2018 it was presented and approved by IKEA.

The concept consists of more than 30 zones with different communication purposes. It is a living concept that will be shaped and further developed in time, which we consider important since the technical prerequisites, the customer needs and the IKEA communication focus, is in constant change.
